Metal Tech Company, Inc.’s precision metal stamping services provide custom metal stampings to customers across a wide range of industries including automotive, electronics, medical, HVAC, lighting, construction and consumer products.
The company uses automatic, high-speed stamping presses with custom dies. Press capabilities range from 35 to176 tons with speeds up to 180 strokes per minute. Tooling includes both progressive and compound dies depending on the part design. Material is generally in coil form and is sourced from mills both in the U.S. and overseas. To meet customer needs, Metal Tech can also provide sub-assembly, welding (arc/spot), drilling, tapping, threading, reaming, and packaging services.
