This oil pan gasket is custom fabricated for a customer in the automotive industry.
The gasket is composed of 0.024” thick 1010/1008 carbon steel with inserts mounted using an automated assembly method. The manufacturing process includes stamping, punching, and forming to produce the gasket within customer specifications and tolerances.
After manufacturing, the parts are cleaned in a post-production degreasing process and packaged in accordance with customer requirements.
