Metal Tech currently holds an ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system. ISO certification in manufacturing ensures that products and processes meet international standards for quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.  Achieving certification demonstrates management’s commitment to quality and continuous improvement that our customers can trust with the products we deliver.

Metal Tech uses several different tool makers for constructing the progressive and compound dies used in the manufacturing process. The cost of the die is paid by the customer with 50% due at time of order and the 50% balance due after the part is approved.

Minimum orders are generally 50,000 – 100,000 parts for a first order. Subsequent orders may be smaller depending on required press time.

Manufacturing lead times are generally four to six weeks depending on the size of the order. Some large orders may require three to four months to complete with partial shipments scheduled during the production process.

Payment may be made by cash with order or at time of shipment. Credit cards are not accepted. Credit terms with payment due 30 days after shipment are available with management approval.
