Aluminum Post-Surgery Eye Protection Cover

This part is an aluminum post-surgery protective eye cover used in the medical industry.

A multiple stage progressive die is used to stamp, punch and form 0.025” thick 3003 aluminum to customer specified dimensions.

After production, the part is packaged and delivered to a third-party vendor to be cleaned with a de-greasing process and shot peened for a specialty finish.
